What room types do you offer?

We offer two private room types, a Queen Room with Shared Bathroom and a Deluxe Room with Street View and Shared Bathroom. Both are private, comfortable, and great value for a central Sydney location.

What is included in the room?

All rooms include a comfortable bed with fresh linen, air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, electric kettle, desk and chair, in-room sink and mirror, hair dryer, in-room projector, and daily housekeeping.

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

Our bathrooms are shared, but designed with privacy in mind. Showers and toilets are separate, with dedicated male and female facilities on every level and additional facilities on Level 2. Our shared bathrooms are cleaned multiple times throughout the day and consistently rated highly by guests for cleanliness and comfort.

Is linen provided?

Every room at Cozy M is private, individually furnished, and designed for a comfortable city stay. Shared bathroom facilities are well-maintained and regularly cleaned throughout the day.

What is the difference between the two room types?

The Deluxe Room with Street View offers a little more space and street-facing windows. Both rooms include the same amenities and shared bathroom facilities.

Can I book for one person?

Absolutely. Both room types are suitable for solo travellers or couples.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, a complimentary breakfast buffet is included with every stay.

Can I request a ground floor room?

Yes, we’re happy to do our best to accommodate requests for a ground floor room. Please note there is no lift at Cozy M, so if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage, just let us know when booking and we’ll take care of you.
